Introduction
Hi! My name is Erica Anderson, my major is Pre-Nursing. I'm officially a sophomore here at EOU. For years my mom would always read to me before bed, my grandma would show me flashcards with words on them every time I went to her house. Shortly after I started fully talking I was able to read certain words and sentences. I've always disliked reading in front of a class. I'm pretty shy, so I would stutter through the whole page I'd have to read. For the last couple years I've been reading the Stephanie Plum Series by Janet Evonovich. They're hilarious and a pretty easy read. I interviewed my boss, she said she doesn't have a lot of time to read since she has a small business and a full time job on the side. She likes mysteries though because they are thrilling. A coworker really likes the Alex Cross series of books and John Gresham, she likes mysteries too, she said because she likes to have to think and figure things out while she's reading. My boyfriend likes to read sports illustrated, sports books, and the newspaper. He plays football at Eastern so I'm guessing that's why their his favorite. Their experiences relate to mine because I like mysteries too. I really like to read a few pages and then try to figure out what's going to happen next or who did what and why.
